In order to effectively handle complex questions and ongoing requests, we use a Helpdesk/Ticket System. This allows us to categorise each issue to specific departments and people that can specifically help you. All help topics will direct you to the most appropriate party, so ensure you set this correctly. If the correct topic is not set, there may be a small delay in our reply to you. Some departments will respond to queries faster than others due to the nature of their work.
